Arezzo? Siena? Munich? These earth tone colors are definitely Mediterranean. No wonder, because giving an impression of an Italian landscape was the intention behind these arcades. They originally housed an idealized cyclus of Italian landscapes by Carl Rottman, who was a protégé of Leo von Klenze. These arcades also frame Munich’s most beautiful Renaissance garden in the Italian style. What is the name of this little park?
