April 2005
American Artist's Exhibition
There’s so much art on offer in Munich that it’s not always easy to know where to start. But here’s something different to look out for this month: an exhibition by American artist Caroline Rausch, who moved to Munich in 1972. Even back then, the city’s art scene was enough to inspire Rausch to take up painting herself. She attended numerous classes and, over the years, developed her own, unique style. Rausch’s work, which is inspired by music, flowers, table settings, people and animals, is now on display at the Galerie im Büro Boa, at Ursulastrasse 6. The exhibition runs until April 18 and is open Mon.–Fri., 10 am–6 pm. Call Tel. 39 89 00 for more details. <<<
