Mauricio Kagel in Munich
Catch some modern musical genius at a unique concert in Munich this month. Argentine composer Mauricio Kagel, formerly Professor of Composition at the State University of New York and Composer in Residence at the Tanglewood Music Festival, will be conducting the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra as they play a program of his own works. Composed in the 1980s and 1990s, the music has featured in numerous films and stage and radio plays and has won worldwide acclaim. The concert takes place in the Herkulessaal in the Residenz at 8 pm on May 28. Tickets cost between € 8 and € 18 and are available from München Ticket.
