Get jiggy at the Irish folk fest
Here’s a party not to be missed for Irish music lovers. Munich’s annual Irish folk festival, which is now in its 30th year, will see bands from across the Emerald Isle converge on Circus Krone (Marsstrasse 43, Tel. 55 81 66). Performers at this year’s event, which takes place on October 21, include the Irish-American group Solas and the winners of the best trad newcomer award at the Irish Music Awards, Beoga.
