English Book Sale in Haar
On October 20, from 4 pm to 7 pm, English-speaking bookworms too often beset by sticker shock at Hugendubel will delight in picking out reasonably-priced, English-language books and videos at the Bürgerhaus on Kirchplatz in the Haar quarter of Munich. All proceeds will benefit Calcutta Rescue Deutschland, a charity set up to support medical clinics and schools in the slums of Calcutta, India.
