A Night in Moulin Rouge
Munich is often referred to as the "Athens on the Isar" because of its many examples of Neo-Classical architecture. But on November 25,
a sea of sequins and feathers will give the city a Parisian je ne sais quoi, when dancers from the Moulin Rouge will perform at Gasteig with the Munich Symphonic Orchestra. This will be the first visit to Munich by the famed Cancan dancers, who've been kicking at the Parisian cabaret for more than 115 years. A moderator will provide running commentary (in German) about the history
of the world's most famous dance hall.
The performance begins at 8 pm.
Tickets cost € 32.35-77.15, and are
available through VVK outlets.
