International Festival in Westpark
Munich residents enjoy great cultural diversity: Not just a city of many museums and performance spaces, it is also home to a wealth of immigrant groups. The
Ausländerbeirat (Foreigners’ Advisory Council) holds an annual celebration of the city’s vibrant (multi)culture, which will take place on July 15 in Westpark. From 12 to 8 pm, folklore and music groups will take to the lake stage to perform for more than 10,000 visitors. Meanwhile, guests can go on a culinary trip around the world, or visit the booths of more than 50 groups and clubs to get information on cultural events throughout the rest of the year.
