No More Outsiders
This winter, there’s no reason to send your favorite summer activities into hibernation. Bavaria’s largest indoor golf training center opened recently in Germering on the outskirts of Munich. The
H.M. Golf center offers a 250-square-meter putting green, 14 large driving ranges and two golfing simulators using the latest technology. For more information, see

Indoor Golf Munich at Maximilianstr. 2 also maintains two simulators in which golf enthusiasts can tee off on the world’s best known courses, from Castle Pines to Pebble Beach. The simulators must be booked in advance at

Schellingsalon. This traditional tavern at Schellingstrasse 54 has established a “Sports and Games Zone” with a table tennis set. The table is available by the first come, first served principle. To play real tennis at the

Sporthaus Schuster. Schuster’s main store on Rosenstr. 1–5, has constructed a 25-meter wall replicating a steep cliff. Experienced and novice climbers alike are welcome to defy the wall Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 8 pm. The wall and attendant equipment are a free service by Sporthaus Schuster. <<<
