Visitor Information Guide
The
Bayerische Schlösserverwaltung (Bavarian Castle Administration) has compiled a new guide on more than forty castles, residences and gardens in Bavaria. The 80-page brochure in German and English offers pictures and short descriptions of all landmarks, as well as details on opening hours, entrance fees and special exhibitions throughout 2008. Furthermore, the guide provides information on guided tours, museum shops, cafés and restaurants. An included map presents a brief survey of the geographical location of all sightseeing recommendations featured. The guide can be purchased for € 1 at all museum shops of the Bayerische Schlösserverwaltung.
