A Long Hall
As if Nymphenburg did not have enough attractions already: since early July the newly renovated Hubertussaal has joined the ranks
of the palace, the Museum of Mankind and Nature, the pavilions, the Nymphenburg Porcelain Manufactory, the Marstall
Museum and the park itself. The Hubertussaal—named after the patron saint of hunters and located in the north wing of the palace—originally served as a banqueting hall for huntsmen as well as a small theater and concert hall. After a while, however, it fell into disrepair and for almost 200 years was used chiefly as a store- and workroom. Now it has been restored to its former glory and can once again
be used for private and public functions. For more information
