The Right Move
Whether you’re a newcomer to Munich or a settled-in expat, the second annual Newcomers’ Festival has plenty to offer. Taking place at the Forum am Deutschen Museum on Sunday, May 16, from 1 pm to 6 pm, the event is expected to draw approximately 60 exhibitors and 4,000 visitors. Sponsored by the Bavarian Ministry of Economics, the festival is designed to help the international community get off to a good start in Munich and encourages the international community to discover the attractiveness and diversity of the region as a business location. In addition to the extensive exhibition of services, clubs and organizations there are also seminars and workshops presenting practical information about living and working in Bavaria. Musical entertainment, food and drink are also available. Admission to the event is free. For more information visit
