The Marriott Hotel is putting on a special Mother’s Day brunch. On Sunday, May 9, between 12 pm and 3 pm at the California Grill, a delicious selection of food will be on offer for hungry mums—and dads.
At € 36 per person you will get not just something to eat, but also be able to choose from a red and white wine, prosecco, coffee and teas (children under 6 are free, 6–12 half price).
All you messies out there can have your home de-cluttered by a new municipal service called the Express-Sperrmüllabholung. The service is not cheap—the rate is
€ 25 for 15 minutes and there is a surcharge for refrigerators—
but all you need to do is put your superfluous items out on the street on the day of collection—not the day before—and wait for the garbage men to come. More information can be found at
