Read All about It
It’s a dream come true for all you book worms out there. Munich’s leading bookstore, Hugendubel, has revamped what was its first-ever store, to open a shop devoted to English books. The store, on Salvatorplatz, has more than 15,000 different titles in stock, as well as a selection of audio books and magazines. But the store is not only aimed at native English speakers. “A lot of Germans prefer to read the original version of books, rather than waiting months for the translation to be published,” said Managing Director Nina Hugendubel.
