Ladies' Night
We’ve had the Lange Nacht der Musik, der Umwelt and der Museen. Now the girls are getting in on the act, with Munich’s first “Lange Nacht der Frauen.” Organized to mark the 20th anniversary of the city’s women’s academy, the Münchner Frauenakademie (FAM), the event on October 9 will feature a number of initiatives, covering everything from women’s health and employment issues, to spirituality, culinary events, women in politics, the history of women in Munich, as well as in the arts, in sports and music.
